TVOT CONNECT - Single Session

TVOT is pleased to announce TVOT CONNECT, a Zoom-oriented, twice a month, online, TV-industry membership community that aims to encourage conversation, debate, networking and collaboration across all sectors of the advanced-TV space.

NOTE: As we move from free registrations to paid sessions, you can join our February and March TVOT CONNECT sessions for $18 per session (loyalty rate), before we move to the full $28 price in April. 

This is page is for a SINGLE SESSION CHARGE only at $18 per. Once paid, you will receive a receipt and we will put you on the system and send you a cal-invite with the joining Zoom link.

WHAT WE DO

• We welcome everybody with announcements and a special "Mood Video" based on the topic of the session.
• This is followed by member Introductions on camera where you can talk about yourself and your work or what your goals are.
• Introduction of the topic and speakers and then we proceed with or without any visuals.
• Audience can ask questions during the session (i.e. we do not hide people). You can stay off camera, if you prefer.
• Finally, members will be able to access breakout rooms where they can share their thoughts on the day’s interview and network with their peers, if the people there want to do them.

• Sponsors of a session receive the email list of attendees (Sponsor Only)
• Members get promoted on LinkedIn and can also be featured on TELEVISIONATION. Must contact Tracy Swedlow to schedule.
• Members can secure a session of their own on TVOT CONNECT, if desired. Needs to be scheduled as a topic, which we will heavily promote in our email newsletters, on LinkedIn and other socials.
• Members introduced on camera first - at the start of sessions, if your video camera is on, before other non-members
• Members are pre-registered (no need to fill in Zoom registration each time). We also send you a cal-invite with the link to log-in.
• Members get access to the chat file and .mp4 file downloads on-demand of TVOT CONNECT sessions (upon request)
• Members get 40% off TVOT In-Person Conference Tickets (for Annual TVOT CONNECT memberships).
• Members can request private chat sessions to ask industry questions, if requested.
• Each session will take place on Thursday at 2:00PM Eastern / 11:00AM Pacific using Zoom.
• Members will first have an opportunity to briefly introduce themselves, their current work and their areas of expertise
